This Prohibited Content Policy for Buyers and Sellers (the “Policy”) applies to all partners who work with GumGum to serve advertisements which include but are not limited to, advertisers and DSP partners (referred to collectively as “buyers”), and publishers (the “sellers” of website ad inventory). This policy is in addition to the agreement you have with GumGum and does not replace or alter it. You agree to follow and abide by the guidelines set forth herein. If you do not agree to comply with these guidelines you may not use GumGum’s Ad Exchange, GumGum may remove and cease to deliver any non-compliant ad content, or GumGum may remove ads from your non-compliant website. If you violate this Policy, GumGum may also terminate the agreement between you and GumGum. GumGum may amend this Policy at any time, and any additional or different terms will be effective once updated on this page.

GumGum scans all creatives entering GumGum’s auctions through AdLightning to identify any creative violations. Ads that force full-page redirects or introduce malware or malicious intent are prohibited and dynamically blocked across our Ad Exchange.
GumGum’s Pre-Bid Server-to-Server integration with HUMAN employs the most robust anti-fraud protection measures in the industry. We scan our entire Ad Exchange inventory with HUMAN and Fraud Sensor solutions.

GumGum adheres to COPPA requirements and does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under the age of 18 years.
If you are a buyer and you believe that placement of an ad is in violation of the above policy, you may promptly notify GumGum, providing all information relevant to such ad placement. GumGum will then undertake commercially reasonable efforts to evaluate and correct or take down the violation within 24 hours of request.
